Greg has a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering for the University of Washington, a Masters of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School, and is a PMI certified Project Manager. A retired navy Captain with over 25 years of government/corporate leadership and a passion for AVL, he is passionate to serve continuing SRS’s dedicated house of worship mission. His military service as a Navy pilot also affords Greg a unique perspective as an adaptable leader adept at building and developing strong teams.
Jeff received his degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University, and is a certified technology specialist (CTS-D). He brings over 25 years of audio experience in live sound, recording, acoustics, design and installation with a primary focus on the church context.
Jeff has a strong desire to see churches effectively communicate their message. Jeff has consulted with churches across the country and has designed and implemented audio systems in California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Washington and Alaska.
Jeff has also served as Media Director and Audio Engineer for churches large and small.

Marcus brings over a decade of technical church leadership to the SRS team.
Since 2004, he served as Media Director for Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Kansas City, MO.
He’s a graduate of The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences and has a passion for quality audio, video, and the success of church volunteer production teams.
He is part of the SRS team as a resource to churches to help raise the bar and encourage long-term partnerships.

Mike was born in Mannheim, Germany into a military family. He grew up all around the Midwest, but graduated from Central High School in Saint Joseph, Missouri.Mike then joined the Army as a Civil Affairs Specialist and eventually deployed to the Horn of Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. While in Africa, Mike was in charge running the Defense Travel System for the Civil Affairs Battalion, as well as supporting Civil Military Operations in 10 different countries, helping to get water and food supplies to villages, repairing damaged water wells and providing new education materials to schools.
Before joining the SRS team, Mike also worked as a Deployment Functionality Technician for the Best Buy Project Team and as a Service Technician for ITC Service Group in support of Google Fiber. On occasion, he might also moonlight as a professional beard model.
Eliot discovered his love for audio while growing up in Ohio and received his BA in Music Technology from Capital University in Columbus. Over the past seven years, he has been involved with producing various theater events and town festivals and has served with multiple churches’ production teams.
Eliot enjoys being able to combine his passions of audio and helping churches serve others. In his free time, Eliot likes to learn new things, play soccer and tennis and volunteer with Cru’s Performing Artists Team.
Eliot started his SRS journey as an intern for a few months in 2016, and, after graduating from college, he returned to join the team full-time in June 2018.
Bret joined the SRS team in March 2018.
Clark received his BS in Audio Engineering Technology from Belmont in Nashville and his other BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UMKC in Kansas City. He has worked in the AV industry and industrial controls industry. He enjoys the outdoors, working with his hands, and playing music at his church and other places. He is as tall as Michael Jordan. In 2016, SRS hired him to reach the top shelf.
After earning her degree in communication and graphic design from Buena Vista University in her home state of Iowa, Shelli worked in newspaper design and higher ed marketing before finding her calling in worship technical arts. With nearly 10 years of creating and directing visual media for churches, Shelli joined SRS in October 2016.
Shelli enjoys the color purple, ranking chai tea lattes, singing and finding adventure with her husband and three kids. Bonus fact: Prior to marriage, Shelli’s initials were SRS.
Jason joined SRS in June 2017.
Josh Menning is a graduate of the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences.
While attending school in Phoenix, he gained the basic knowledge in music recording, live sound, and post production.
Upon completion, he moved to the Kansas City area and was an intern for Stark Raving Solutions.
He has now been with the company since April 2013.
Sheryl joined the SRS team in April 2018.
Alan joined SRS in April 2017.
Linda was born and raised in Kansas City and received her B.A. Fine Art – Studio Art at UMKC. She also attended University of Missouri, Columbia for two years studying Environmental Design. Linda joined the team at SRS in September of 2020, after 16 years at a Kansas City area level 1 hospital as the Kidney Transplant Program’s Office Manager. During her free time she enjoys cheering on our Chiefs, Sporting KC and Royals teams now that her two sons are college kids.
