Dan Stark (CBNT, CEV) - SRS Team Leader & Chief Engineer
Dan Stark is the President and Chief Engineer for Stark Raving Solutions. A certified broadcast network technologist and certified video engineer (CBNT & CEV), Dan has served as Editor and Chief Engineer for a large Midwest production facility for over 15 years. Dan has over 28 years of experience working with video, production and broadcast media; he uses that depth of experience to oversee every SRS project. Dan serves as the Broadcast Advisor for Technologies For Worship Magazine and frequently writes articles and trains church media directors and staff at regional, national and international conventions.

Jessica Stark - Business Manager & Project Manager
Jessica Stark has over 20 years experience as a technical project manager. She’s implemented multi-million dollar information technology (IT) projects into customer care, sales, billing, logistics and product development. As SRS business/operations manager, Jessica combines this experience with a broad understanding of technology and media to help clients reach wise decisions.

Lara Steinel - Office Manager
Lara Steinel joined Stark Raving Solutions in June, 2007 bringing with her more than 25 years of sales/customer service management and marketing experience from USA Today and The Washington Post. Lara received her undergraduate degree in music from the University of Kansas and is a paid soloist for three houses of worship in the Kansas City area.

Jeffrey Jones (CTS) - Audio Systems Engineer
Jeff received his degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University, and is a certified technology specialist (CTS). He brings over 25 years of audio experience in live sound, recording, acoustics, design and installation with a primary focus on the church context. Jeff has a strong desire to see churches effectively communicate their message. Jeff has consulted with churches across the country and has designed and implemented Audio systems in California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Washington and Alaska. Jeff has also served as Media Director and Audio Engineer for churches large and small.
